This product does not replace pool or spa chemicals; however, it does significantly reduce chemical consumption while making chemical balance easier. The NanoStick works well for pools with salt/chlorine generators.

NanoTitanium within the ceramic media of the NanoStick is activated when it comes into contact with both light and water. Once activated the NanoStick continues to do its job even if it is under a spa or pool cover. Each time the cover is removed, light recharges the NanoStick.
